
As Chief Learning Officer, Kevin McGregor develops and leads QBS professionals to meet challenging sales, service and process improvement goals. He specializes in facilitation, coaching, training and motivating senior executives, managers and staff teams to achieve corporate goals and objectives. Kevin develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans to increase operational efficiency, deliver service improvements and drive sales growth. He is skilled at simulation/scenario/case study-based learning. He also has extensive experience in implementing new policies, integrating change and restructuring staff and operations while improving employee productivity and satisfaction.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communication from SUNY at Buffalo and is a graduate of the Daniels College of Business’s Executive Leadership Program at the University of Denver.
