Masterpiece Construction’s work on the LIRR’s Valley Stream
station featured window replacements, hand rail extension
and access panel installations. The total value of this project
was $384,300 and the company utilized general construction,
concrete, waterproofing and plumbing trade services.

The company’s Atlantic Terminal portion of the project required
working on active passenger platforms, over train tracks and
around emergency hatches that lead to busy streets. The work
included concrete demolition, waterproofing, sheet metal,
platform surface restoration, painting, ceiling and wall surface
replacement.
